Professional background

I bring over 20 years of deep experience in sales, marketing, and digital transformation, having successfully guided Fortune 500 companies, DAX corporations, and SME champions through complex changes. I have personally delivered over 50 corporate workshops focused on digital transformation and have been instrumental in crafting complex digital transformation and marketing campaigns. My hands-on leadership style has helped scale operations and transform organizations by leveraging top-notch industry tools and creating processes that deliver tangible results.


With a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing and communications, I’ve consistently delivered impactful lead generation strategies that align with business objectives. I’m well-versed in working with the leading tools in the industry, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google AdWords, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GA4 to name a few, and have honed my skills in managing teams to execute high-performance campaigns. I’m comfortable leading international teams, developing strategies, and executing them at the highest levels.

My Expertise

Experience from developing more than 1200 campaigns

There are two solutions I am focused on, depending on the particular challenges a company is facing: Firstly, we are solving the problem that many business have internally digitalized their operations and logistics, however, they are falling behind on the external digitalization in terms of lead generation, communications and digital brand engagement and sales. Secondly, with regards to already externally digitalized companies, I am solving the problem of their high dependency on performance marketing measures or platforms like Google and Meta, which prevents them from building up their own marketing assets. The latter will have a higher return on in investment and a greater contribution to the enterprise value in the long run.


About me

I graduated from Alpha Secondary School in Vancouver (Canada) as an Honour Roll student. Later, I got my BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University, receiving the Provincial Scholarship of British Columbia for my academic achievement. Subsequently, I completed a graduate business degree from Germany's oldest private university (Witten) and won the scholarship of the National Academic Foundation, Germany's most prestigious organisation sponsoring the academically gifted.


I am into fitness, arts and music, playing several instruments and singing. For years, I have been volunteering for the Vancouver Crisis Centre, in Community Policing, Restorative Justice and as a bookkeeper for a church.
